Client gets all the rights to their marketing content writing and other agreement terms completed by Star One Media and Copywriter Sharmarie Bullock. Once the client/business or organization has paid in full for the copywriting and content marketing; and/or any other writing completed for the business organization. 

Satisfaction Guarantee: No down payment is due until after 30% of the first draft copy (or first (5) five product descriptions) completed. Upon your complete satisfaction with the first draft of the copywriting assignment by timeline due date for draft copy. Then 25 % of the payment is due to complete copywriting assignment. Then an additional 25% is due upon completion of the project.

Until all business writing projects are paid in full for the writing copy and graphic designs (if any) and other intellectual properties owned by the business Star One Media has agreement with, the property will remain ownership of Star One Media and Copywriter Sharmarie Bullock.

Until account balance is paid in full from the client/business in agreement for writing content and marketing collateral, project work cannot in any way be used, sold, marketed or distributed without the permission from Star One Media and owner of copywriting Sharmarie Bullock. 

Once payment is paid in full the client and/or business organization has full rights to copy, unless there is an agreement for the use of marketing the writing content between both parties and the agreement stated in writing. 

If however the client and/or business organization does not pay the full balance within 90 days after campaign project due date, then the marketing content writing project will remain all rights of the Owner at Star One Media and Copywriter Sharmarie Bullock to use in any way for own or business purposes. 

This also includes marketing, advertising or on website(s); except for the business  or organization's  and/or client's intellectual property. Client's own research and interview information & any images that was provided and used for the marketing writing content campaign.
